Very friendly staff, having breakfast available every morning. Being able to relax and soak in hot tub. Made room accommodations to our request and even changed our room to disability room which should of got in first place due to needing it afer all.

The property was very clean and the beds were actually really comfortable. the hotel was also within 10 to 15 minutes of all our vacation activities.

location, clean, comfortable, the front desk was accommodating. I told the person at the front desk that I wanted a room on the first floor if possible. she said they didn’t have any. then she said hold on, and went and asked housekeeping if a room was ready. she got me into a room on the first floor. I appreciated it very much.

When we checked in our refrigerator wasn't working. Josh, the desk clerk went out of his way to replace it. With our permission he exchanged them while we were out to dinner. He even took the things we had placed in the fridge into the new one.

Everything was nice. The hotel was clean and decorated nicely. The breakfast was good. I've always liked Holiday Inns :)

The breakfast was good the only thing I'd complain about was the omelets regular cheese omelets would have been alot better rather then the rice and peppers they put inside the staff was friendly and great with letting me add 2 days at the last minute I did enjoy the room it was simple and elegant the t.v had little issues with the power cord but it was still good 👍 I'd definitely stay here again I enjoyed being on the ground floor near an exit made it alot easier to pack up everything and my husband being disabled liked that very much 😀 the big bottles of soap in the shower were great ironed the scent it would be great if you offered little bottles as well for people to take with them

Shower head is high enough for tall folks, lots of room in king suite to stretch and do yoga comfy pillows, quiet fan in bath
